Do you hate doing endless cardio sessions as you try to sculpt an amazing body? I feel your pain! I absolutely hate doing cardiovascular exercises, it’s one of my most hated activities of all time. Lucky I found kettlebells before I went totally insane from boredom.
If you haven’t tried using kettlebells instead of cardio work then making the switch will feel truly amazing. I now no longer have any use for doing cardio sessions. Instead, I just do my kettlebell workouts and I find that my weight is now under control more so than any other type of exercise program I have ever used before in the past.
Why not do things in a more simpler and effective manner? With kettlbells you can get a killer workout in half the time. This truly is awesome! Check to see if your gym has kettlebells next time you go. Most have them.

This is a fun workout. I have been using this for more than 4 weeks and I love it. This is not your ordinary workout. It is the best because it features all my fave praise music. With Body Gospel workout, losing weight is fairly easy. I need not fuzz so much because it works as it is. Sometimes, I alternate it with other Beachbody workouts and it works even better. I really need to lose weight. It is my new year resolution. I have checked out many different exercise routines and I think I might go with Mike Chang abs system. Tonight I rest. I get to bed early and get at least eight hours of sleep. Because tomorrow I dance. I zumba for eight hours straight tomorrow.It’s part of a Zumba marathon that I am doing for charity. I got lot’s of sponsorships from my friends and family.
I have a total of seventeen sponsor that each donated from one dollar per hour to ten dollars per hour. If I am able to last for the full eight hours I will be able to raise eight hundred and forty dollars.
We are going to have our picture taken for the paper during the zumba marathon so I wanted to make sure that I looked my best.
I went out and bought a new dance outfit and a new pair of zumba shoes. I figure the better I look the better I will feel and the better my odds are completing the full eight hours.
